1. Data Controller

As Pazanova Dijital Medya ve Pazarlama, acting in the capacity of data controller within the scope of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”), we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data by fulfilling our obligation to inform.

2. Methods of Obtaining Personal Data and Legal Grounds

Your personal data is obtained through the completion of the electronic form available on our website. Your data is processed in compliance with the fundamental principles set out in the Law; provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, to the extent necessary for the legitimate interests of Pazanova, and, where explicit consent is required under the Law, based on your explicit consent.

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for the purposes of conducting communication activities, tracking requests and complaints, managing customer relationship processes, receiving and evaluating suggestions aimed at improving business processes, carrying out activities to ensure business continuity, conducting audit and ethics processes, managing finance and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, following up and managing legal affairs, and, where necessary, providing information to authorized persons, institutions, and organizations.

4. Transfer of Personal Data and Purposes of Transfer

Your personal data may be transferred, in accordance with the principles of “need to know” and “need to use” and by observing data minimization, to our shareholders, business partners, affiliates and subsidiaries, domestic/overseas service providers (including providers of marketing, advertising, analytics, database, server, email, electronic communication, archiving, and IT infrastructure services), legal and financial advisors, and relevant third parties including legally authorized public institutions and organizations, for the realization of the purposes stated above; and may be processed domestically or abroad.

In addition, for audit and due diligence activities, your personal data may be transferred, to the extent permitted by the applicable legislation, to experts, law firms, and audit firms; and for the fulfillment of regulatory and contractual obligations, to public institutions, business consultants, authorized administrative/judicial authorities, and law enforcement authorities.

5. Rights of the Data Subject

As the data subject whose personal data is processed, pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information if it has been processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose, know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request the deletion or destruction of personal data, request notification of the transactions made to third parties to whom the data has been transferred, object to the emergence of a result against you through analysis by automated systems, and request compensation for damages.
